Let me start this article with few
words from Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, He said “Never be a job lender, but be a job
giver”. What he meant to say is never try to focus your brain only in getting a
job and settling your life with wife, kids and a farm house, but rather think
something innovative and start a business sector that can employ people with
good talents. Well, i don’t know how many of us will consider his words
seriously, but time will come where we will be accepting it with zero choice
left with us.
Let me tell you all a real life
story, in which i will not disclose the person’s name and his work.
During under-graduation, I saw my
seniors were busy in finding a job after their graduation. And everyone was
holding their resume and was searching in the internet for any job openings.
Well, I got frightened by seeing this goose chase, but finally i was given
salvation by one person who i admire till today. That person was not bothered
about any job or his future life; rather he simply sketched out a plan. He went
out for a small trip, covering all the villages in Thiruvannamalai. He inquired the farmers about their crop yield for the past five years. And finally with
that report, he came up with a plan of starting a Biofertilzer company, that
will mass produce and supply to the villages that are at an affordable
distance. With help of some faithful friends, he got a loan from bank and
brought a piece of land with that money. Sooner, he setup a mini laboratory to
test various microorganisms that can help in converting the waste products into
fertilizer. Now after three years, he started getting good income from the
company as well as he is employing 15 people.
After reading this story, what is
actually running in your mind?
Option A) Why the hell we need
take the damn risk? Job is much better.
Option B) Well, It’s better to
start our company rather than running behind a job?
Option C) this story is just made
up and i don’t think that guy will survive with that income.
Option D) None of the above.
Since the beginning of this
modern era, we forget that we are living a society and a society consists of
people not animals. People have stopped thinking about welfare of the society
and all have turned their focus towards their home. “If we start a small scale
industry, then it will bring some light in the house of rural people” such thinking
is deteriorating, instead thoughts like “Let’s find a job with some good
salary, and buy a car by taking a bank loan. Pay the loan back from the monthly
salary”. Thoughts like this is taking us away from our homeland and making us
to serve a nation that is already healthy in its economy and infrastructure.
Many MNCs (Multinational companies) are started in India, because India is
place were the companies can get cheap labor. MNCs actually they take the
whole bun and leave some crumb over our hands.
Now, such thoughts will disappear
soon, because we are now at the beginning stage of all crises like energy, man
power, economy etc. So, definitely many youngsters will be motivated and pushed
to think innovative. Their innovative ideas will be the solution for the crisis
that we face now. Industries will be started in order to make cheap resources
like bio fuel, solar accessories, hydro fuels etc that are eco- and economically
friendly.
And by 2050, India will be attaining its position as the top country
in industrial sector.
Let us join together and bring a
great industrial revolution in India by 2050.
